We charge just $50 for the first half hour of labor and $20 for each 15 minutes thereafter up to a maximum of $210.  We will never charge you more than $210 for a repair.    I believe that $210 is the tipping point where it becomes more reasonable to buy a new computer rather than pay me to fix yours.  Most problems can be fixed in the first half hour, but some of the nastier viruses can take a while to remove.
